ORDERING FROM US - Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for details the payment details that will be required to complete your order.

DESPATCH – All orders we try to despatch within 72 hours.

PAYMENTS - We accept PAYPAL, Cheques and Postal orders. We will be accepting Credit & Debit Card payments in the near future which will mean you can shop from any part of the world. Your credit card company will need to convert the transaction to GBP. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Amex, Solo and Delta. If you wish to pay in USD then we can but via PAYPAL only.

POSTAGE - is added to all orders as follows:-

UK starts from £1.50 - FREE postage on all orders over £25.00

Europe - Flat rate of £2.50 on any amount of purchases

America, Asia, Canada, Australia - Flat rate of £5.50 on any amount of purchases

All UK orders are sent either 1st class post or 1st Class Recorded delivery.

Export Orders will be charged postage at AIRMAIL rate. Large orders can be sent surface mail on request.

PAYMENT - must be received with your order, either by PAYPAL, cheque, Switch, Visa, Mastercard or American Express (via paypal). We will be pleased to forward a pro-forma invoice.

DESCRIPTONS – Are those used commonly in the trade.

All beads are pictured in full colour as close to the actual beads as possible. Colour may vary from batch to batch, , however we try to keep these to the smallest margins. Colours may fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight or water. Semi-precious chips are actual semi-precious stones.

STOCK – We carry a vast range of many thousands of items, so from time to time we may not be able to supply ex-stock. We try to carry enough stocks to cover our requirements. However if we are out of stock we will give a refund, or we can hold on back order for upto 10 working days, after this time we will re-contact you to confirm if you still require the item to remain on back order.

Sizes and Measurements are approximate but we do try to make them as accurate as possible. Pack quantities are approximate. We try to ensure that the minimum pack quantity/ weight is achieved on average. Whilst we do our best to remove any misshapen or imperfect items during the packaging process, we cannot ensure that all items in the pack will be 100% perfect.

The majority of our metal findings and other beads comply with the directives Euro Nickel Directives En1810, En1811, En12472.

RETURNS – Customer satisfaction is our top most priority. To achieve this goal, we offer top quality products in terms of material and workmanship. Faulty items will be replaced at no cost.

If you are not happy with the goods received, or you have made the wrong choice, you may return goods. Returns must be received at our office within 14 days of you receiving your order. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Partial returns will not be accepted.

You will need to pay the return postage on the unsuitable product and postage & packaging if any replacement products are sent.

DYED BEADS – We cannot hold ourselves responsible for surface dyed beads and in the event of any claim sellers liability shall in no circumstances exceed the invoice price of the goods.

PRICES – Prices quoted are current as of this date, but we reserve the right to make alterations as necessary without notice.

QUANTITIES – Supplied as the package amount states. These packages cannot be broken or mixed colours supplied so as to make up a larger quantity for the lower price.

FAULTY MATERIALS – Goods will be replaced or refunded if proven faulty in manufacture, but no liability will be accepted for consequential loss or damage of any description in respect of goods sold. We do not guarantee the suitability of any product for any specific purpose.
