Cloisonne is a multicolour enamelling process in which each enamel colour is separated by thin metal wires that form tiny cups or cells, (the word cloisonne comes from the French Cloison meaning cell. These enamelled beads are absolutley gorgeous. They have the hole through the middle to thread onto beading wire or elastics etc.
